The Repair Station
- All FMI and Security must be removed or deactivated prior to collection
- All personal data left on a device will be wiped – There are no exceptions unless the repair is part of a data recovery service that must be pre-organised
- We take no responsibility for your personal data - unless previously agreed the device will be wiped
- Missed collections are charged at £20 per visit
- Your Quotation is an estimate – If the device has further faults or damage TRS will update and discuss the options or additional cost with you prior to undertaking the repair
- Our inspection and Logistic charges are non-refundable – If you decide not to go ahead with the repair for any reason the charges will not be refunded
- To undertake a repair you must agree in writing and make payment
- We offer a Three Month warranty on our repairs – this relates only to parts TRS have replaced
- Our repair services do not extend the manufacturers warranty
- In the unlikely event of a device being lost in transit, TRS will process a Logistics Claim, Once this claim is completed we will endeavour to replace the device or offer a settlement figure. This may take several weeks to finalise
- We aim to complete your repair within 3 working days from receipt ( not including shipping times ) however there can be delays with parts and logistics and it may take longer
- Upon TRS receiving your authorisation to proceed- TRS will send you payment options, once payment is received TRS will organise a collection of the device
