Warranty Repairs
The Apple Limited Warranty covers your iPhone and the Apple-branded accessories that come in the box with your product against manufacturing issues for one year from the date that you bought them. Apple-branded accessories purchased separately are covered by the Apple Limited Warranty for Accessories. This includes adapters, spare cables, wireless chargers or cases
Walk-In Service
We have a walk-in centre for both warranty and Out of Warranty Repairs.
Apple Care Repairs
AppleCare+ includes battery service cover, which means your battery can be replaced at no charge if we test your product and its battery retains less than 80% of its original capacity.
AppleCare+ also provides cover for accidental damage from handling, and each incident is subject to an excess fee.
Out Of Warranty Repairs
We guarantee our repairs on parts replaced for 90 days or the remining term of your Manufactures warranty, whichever is longer. Replacement parts are Original manufactured, we never use low quality non-original parts.
Postal Collection and Return
We offer a postal option for those that are unable to bring there item to the store. We will arrange collection and return off the device. Please note Postal option is chargeable wither device is in warranty or out of warranty
